Conversion of a redundant Georgian coach house and attached barn and extension to create a new annex within North Warwickshire Green Belt. The conversion of the coach house and barn were sympathetic to the original fabric whilst the annex provided opportunity for a contrasting contemporary design. Linked to the barn via a glazed link, the annex was concealed behind a large kitchen garden wall - a continuation of an historic wall on site.
