This commission was for a replacement dwelling approximately 8200sqft within a private estate in Sutton Coldfield. The estate is a well documented conservation area with great examples of Arts & Crafts architecture and as such great care was taken detailing and specifying high quality materials.

The main house is three stories with a large entrance hall and imperial stone staircase. A lay light above the entrance hall provides natural light through the three stories in the centre of the building. Linked by a frameless glass corridor to the rear of the main house is a single storey oak frame pool house and gym creating an intimate courtyard before entering the large lawned garden beyond.
