This commission was to remodel and extend an existing cottage and replace the adjacent bungalow with a two storey house in the Warwickshire green belt. 

The existing cottage was extensively remodelled and successfully extended with both a vaulted family room and two storey extension.

The replacement dwelling achieved some 400% increase in floor area over the original building. The internal layout offered open plan living around a large galleried entrance hall.
